Is It Really Free?
Yes. No charge, no obligation, no catch. Jerry walks a limited number of properties in person each year, and the virtual read is how we decide together whether yours should be one of them. We'd rather earn that than sell it.
Is This A Sales Call In Disguise?
No. Your read arrives by email. There's no pitch, no quote, and no follow-up call you didn't ask for. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
Do I Need To Own The Land Already?
No. Owned, under contract, or seriously evaluating all qualify. A read before you buy is often the most valuable one, because it's the only moment you can still walk away free. Architects bringing a client's property are welcome too.
How Is This Different From Jerry Walking My Land?
The virtual read tells you what the public record knows: terrain, soil, water, sun, access. The land always has more to say. Jerry walks a limited number of qualified North Georgia properties in person, and the virtual read is where that starts.
What If My Property Isn't In North Georgia?
We'll still read it. We only build in the North Georgia mountains, and if your land is elsewhere we'll say so plainly, and point you toward the right people if you want the introduction.
